Shipping policy

1. WE AIM TO DELIVERY YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Currently, we send orders to street addresses in West Malaysia, East Malaysia and International. We do not deliver to a PO Box addresses.

2. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that you key in the correct shipping address before you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we are able to change your address upon order confirmation.

3. STANDARD DELIVERY

Confirmed orders will be delivered within 5 - 14 working days for Malaysia and differs for International orders - please check tracking details upon order confirmation. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.

4. SALE/PROMOTIONAL PERIODS/PEAK PERIODS

During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfill deliveries according to standard delivery timing due to heavy surges of orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues when placing your order.

West Malaysia: Additional 10 working days for your order to arrive.
East Malaysia: Additional 10 working days for your order to arrive.

5. MULTIPLE ADDRESSES DELIVERY

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

6. DELIVERY POLICY

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customer is subject to additional charges.
